This 1250 square-foot Silverstone Model has two-bedrooms & two-baths with a quiet private back yard. It's situated in Del Webb's Sun City Grand, a 55 or older community in Surprise, Arizona -- about one mile from the rec center, 4 golf courses, and close to major shopping centers.
It's just 5 minutes to Surprise stadium-Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers. And it's 15 minutes to Peoria stadium-Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres.
Guests receive free access to the 2 spas and Owner golf rates of only $41 with the purchase of a $125 Rec Card per person.
