This is a beautiful, stone and cedar, LAKEFRONT cottage. This half acre private wooded lot offers gorgeous views of the lake from almost every room in the house. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of two decks or on the adirondack chairs on the dock.
The incredible thing about this home is that along with its privacy, it is just steps away from a multitude of activities for both children and adults. You will feel very comfortable allowing older children to wander and use the recreation facilities because they are so close.
Newly painted, redecorated, and renovated, this cottage has all of the comforts of home and more. An array of novels and a video library will keep those looking to stay put entertained. You can easily entertain with large groups in the new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and great room or dine out at one of six restaurants around the lake (some within walking distance).
Enjoy all of the facilities on a sunny day, but you will never be bored with all of the area amenities on a rainy day. Remember your golf clubs for the 27 hole golf course just a few steps away. Situated in an upscale resort community which offers a 27 hole golf course with pro-shop and country club, miniature golf, clay outdoor and regular tennis all within walking distance. Also walk to bowling, movies, mini-golf, recreation facilities like basketball and shuffleboard.
Unlike advertised in other ads, these amenities are actually within a short walk from the house. Rent paddle boats, small motor boats, or take a cruise or Fish from the private dock. Ski at Jack Frost and Big Boulder which are adjacent to the resort property. Many quaint restaurants are around the lake including some with night entertainment.
Experience the Wine or Food Festival in early summer or the Pocono 500 in mid-summer. There is snow tubing at Jack Frost and ice skating on Lake Harmony. There is a very scenic neighborhood to take long walks. The Crossings Outlet Mall is just minutes away off Route 80. It is well-known for its extensive list of upscale outlet stores.
Sleeping accommodations include one King, two Queens, two Twins, one Queen sleeper sofa, and one Queen quick, inflatable bed. NO PETS and NO SMOKING.
