Additional information about rental rates
During peak season we charge a minimum of $1000.00 for a one week stay or any part of one week. Two weeks is $2000, Three weeks is $3000, but you can stay an extra 2 days (23 days) for the same price. 27 nights is $3500 and 30 nights is $3700.
You will be able to book this rental by reserving through email or over the phone and sending payment through USPS to our property manager, Angela Dunford, at 21252 Braxfield Loop, Estero, FL 33928. Payment will be required 30 days in advance of commencement date of rental with the exception of January 2012 which requires 15 days advance receipt of payment.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
Collier County requires collection of tourist taxes at a rate of 4% which will be added to your bill. Florida State requires collection of sales taxes at a rate of 6% which will be added to your bill.
$500.00 Security Deposit collected with rent up front. $200 used toward cleaning fee and $300 returned if inspection reveals no damage or property misuse.
The HOA requires $150 application fee.

This is a great place to vacation when we are visiting our children and grandchildren so we decided to own our own place. Now we are glad to share it with others that like the area.

The property being on the first level was very important to us so our mothers can visit without climbing stairs. The size is perfect for all of our children and grandchildren to visit for family meals and sit around and chat with each other. It is a great place for building memories. The lanai looks out over a backyard with lush green grass and flowering trees are seen on the side yard.
