  The apartment that Davide provided us with for our stay in Venice was fantastic. Davide met us as planned in front of the church, and took us to his clean, well equipped apartment. It was exactly what we had wanted for our stay. Davide was gracious, and helpful to us. The people Mover (1Euro pp) easily takes you from the parking garage or train station to Piazza di Roma, from where you can walk to the apartment. It is a bit of a hike, and you can get lost, but it is doable. From the apartment, it is easy to explore all that Venice has to offer. Grocery store, restaurants and shops are at the doorstep. The true flavour of Venice is right at the doorstep! I would stay here again without hesitation!

  This was a very comfortable, centrally located apartment in Venice. We very much enjoyed our stay (family of 5, three teenagers). Davide was a gracious host, and very helpful. It's location meant we walked everywhere, without having to take the vaparetto anywhere (walked from train, walked to Rialto and San Marco, walked to rental car). Multiple cafe's and restaurants nearby, and a traghetto close-by to quickly ferry across the grand canal for .5 euros a person (saved time for the walk to San Marco). Downsides were minor only; shower is a little small, but we all did fine, and the WiFi would get bogged-down quickly if more than one person was online, but we weren't in venice to be online... The breakfast was much appreciated and got our day started quickly. Would recommend staying here without hesitation.

  We stayed two nights in this apartment. The size of the apartment is actually bigger than what is shown in the photos or Davide's website. Davide was a really nice guy, really helpful and willing to accomodate our travel schedules. Extremely clean apartment. Spacious kitchen/dining area. Completely safe and peaceful part of Venice, right next to Frari Church. Its a short stroll back from the busy touristy areas (approx. 20 mins stroll to St. Mark's) but we really enjoyed the walk home every evening, as a way to wind down. There are toursists everywhere out late and the neighborhood was really safe. Only a few mins walk from San Toma vaporetto (water bus) station, although we never took that because its so expensive - it can take you right to St. Mark's, the Rialto, or the train station, which is pretty convenient. A few shops, cafes, and gelateria /pizzeria nearby. Also a supermarket a few mins away. Great apartment, and Davide offered great value. The breakfast that is included is a bag of cookies and a few pastries such as croissants and streudels. Can also make your own coffee. We only ate the cookies so can't comment on the actual breakfast.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was very nicely furnished, clean, and spacious enough that it suited our family of 6. Davide was very pleasant, and we were happy to do business with him. I would warmly recommend this apartment.

  La posizione è splendida, centrale (proprio a fianco della chiesa dei Frari), all'interno di una piccola corte rustica che allontana dai rumori e dalla finzione luminosa e pomposa degli hotel turistici. Ci si sveglia con le campane dei Frari, quando ancora le orde dei turisti non sono sbarcate in stazione (che è peraltro a 5 min a piedi!). L'appartamento è esattamente come lo si vede in fotografia: pulito, ordinato, confortevole, arredato con sobrietà, decisamente spazioso; e la presenza del cucinino offre la possibilità di abbattere sensibilmente i costi di un'eventuale vacanza prolungata. Il proprietario è molto gentile. Raccomandato per coppie (noi eravamo in due) e soprattutto coppie con bambini; ideale per vacanze di più giorni.
