Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island is only 20 minutes from the Jacksonville Airport and 30 minutes from the new Jacksonville cruise ship port. Just south of the Georgia border, only 13 miles from Interstate 95.
Make plans to enjoy surfing, surf fishing, shell and shark tooth hunting and unlimited "relaxation." Great centralized location only a bike ride away from Fort. Clinch Park with miles of hiking and bike trails, a "real fort" and an impressive fishing pier. Oceanfront restaurants, playgrounds, park, city pool, and tennis courts are nearby and several marinas and boat ramps are only minutes away.
The famous historic district of Fernandina offers blocks of antique shops, boutiques, gourmet restaurants, and nightly entertainment. Municipal airport, intercoastal waterways, Ritz-Carlton tennis center, several golf courses, movie theatres, local playhouses, and boat access to Cumberland Island and ferry to Jacksonville Beach.

We had a girl's weekend getaway that was so much fun! The property has amazing beach access. It is everything you could want for a relaxing break.

Great Beachfront Duplex" We love this place! We've stayed here the last weekend in October for the past four years and couldn't think of a better place to stay at Fernandina Beach. We plan on staying there every Fall for as long as we can.

"Fernandina Gem" You'll find no better location in Fernandina Beach than Paul Werling's duplex on the beach! The property is a duplex with the owner living in on-half. By our outlook, Paul was the perfect host: He was there to offer advice and suggestions, but never intrusive. You have a treat in store if you decide to stay there

We were very happy with our stay at the duplex on the ocean. The house was very clean and the view was absolutely wonderful, the beach starts at the end of the steps and I couldnt have wanted for a better location. The description was as it said on the web page and the pictures are a true representation of the house. I highly recommend staying here. The owners were also great to work with. We went to several dining spots with Sliders being our favorite choice. We also visited the State Park and had a great time on the beaches and on the pier. Shell hunting at the pier was so much fun. Amelia Island is awesome and we will return!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beach house. Everything was very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. You can't get any closer to the beach than this, very convenient with all of our toys, chairs, etc. We also enjoyed being so close to downtown in the evenings. We didn't want to go home! Thanks Paul and Karen for a great place to vacation. It was perfect!
