Each side of the duplex has two bedrooms and a bath. The details in this site are for side "A". Contact owner for details on other unit (side "B")approximately 140ft larger with double sliders to deck and dishwasher. Side "A" is a beautifully maintained unit that sleeps six and offers a large eat-in kitchen, sliders opening to the deck from the living room, ocean view from master bedroom, and parking for three cars or boat. Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island is only 20 minutes from the Jacksonville Airport and 30 minutes from the new Jacksonville cruise ship port. Just south of the Georgia border, only 13 miles from Interstate 95.

Make plans to enjoy surfing, surf fishing, shell and shark tooth hunting and unlimited "relaxation." Great centralized location only a bike ride away from Fort. Clinch Park with miles of hiking and bike trails, a "real fort" and an impressive fishing pier (no license needed!).   • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beach house. Everything was very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. You can't get any closer to the beach than this, very convenient with all of our toys, chairs, etc. We also enjoyed being so close to downtown in the evenings. We didn't want to go home! Thanks Paul and Karen for a great place to vacation. It was perfect!
