Beautiful condo available for both Winter and Summer vacations. Only 150 yards to the new high-speed (seats 6) Peak 9 lift, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Breckenridge Town trolley. One and a half hours from Denver.
The condo is decorated with natural earthtones to provide a Ralph Lauren feel. Several pieces of hand-carved furniture from Mexico create a warm and rustic environment, antique skis and photographs provide a connection to Breckenridge's past, and HDTV, DVD/VCR, Wi-Fi, gas fireplace and kitchen ammenities comfort you with the modern necessities.
Sleeps up to four on one queen-size bed and one sofa pull-out in living room. This condo is perfect for the intimate getaway or for the small family. The condo is located on the second floor accessable by one flight of stairs.
You don't need a car once you arrive. Located on the edge of Main Street, you are walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, new six passenger high-speed Peak 9 lift, and if you wish you can use the free Summit County shuttle to travel to Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin.

We live in Colorado Springs and this condo has been family owned for over 30 years as a mountain retreat. The condo is not like your typical vanilla box, presswood furniture rental unit. Staying here makes you feel like you are in someones' home-a place to unwind, relax and feel comfortable.

Plus: Walk to town, lift 9 and rent and store skis at the base in the Marriott right there. Minus: The unit itself is comfortable but kitchen and furnishings are neglected and dated. Whoever is managing the property is ignoring mold in the bathroom, dust everywhere and not even vacuumed. (Found unmentionable under the bed.) Kitchen supplies meager. Old sheets. Sleeper sofa needs to be replaced. We had a leak in the shower from the unit above and left a message with the owners by phone. Never got a reply and the repair person showed up unannounced the next morning!!!

We went to Breckenridge for the first time in December (2010). We stayed in this condo unit due to the great reviews of the condominium complex itself and the location near the slopes. We had a wonderful time. The condo is located within walking distance from the Quiksilver Lift (and blue skiiers can even go from that peak on other slopes and lifts to the other peaks). To get to the lift, walk on the left side of the Marriott (when facing it) which is across the street, and you'll see the ski lodge building close to the back of the Marriott. The condo unit is also within walking distance from Main Street. The unit was very comfortable/cozy for us and our 2 adult kids, even with 2 of us sleeping on the pull out couch. And there's an outside storage unit for the ski equipment. The owners of the condo unit and the management company were wonderful to deal with, especially since our original flight was canceled, and we also had to arrive late after normal business hours. I would definitely stay here again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
