The home is newly furnished and decorated with high end furniture and linens. In the completely stocked spacious kitchen you will find top of the line stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats 6 along with seating for 4 at the bar. On the 3rd floor you will find the tranquil main master bedroom. It is large, elegant, peaceful and oh so comfortable!!! In this room you will find a California King, a 48' HD flat screen TV, walk in closet, private balcony and a separate seating/trundle bed that sleeps 2 additional people (which makes this room great for families with younger children). The main master also has an on suite bath with a large garden tub, dual vanities, large walk in shower with dual shower heads and private toilet room. Also on the 3rd floor you will find another king bedroom with a California king bed, flat screen TV, private balcony and private bath. On the second floor is yet another large bedroom with a california king, walk-in closet, flat screen TV, private balcony and an adjacent bathroom. There is also a huge bonus bedroom/kids suite on the first level with 2 sets of bunks, sleeper sofa, giant flatscreen, x-box, wetbar with mini fridge and private bath! Our home is set up with Direct TV and WiFi. The house is also equipped with an elevator to access all 3 floors, perfect for off loading groceries and luggage or if you have a family member that cannot use the stairs.

About the owner: We are a family of four from The Woodlands, TX! My husband, Heath and I (Brooke) have 2 awesome kids, ages 12 and 9. We own and operate 4 preschools in the Houston area. As a family, we love to travel and can often be found at one of our son's baseball tournaments or our daughter's gymnastics meets! We are avid snow skiiers and beach bums as well!
Why the Owner Chose Frangista Beach:
After several years of traveling to Destin one to two times a year, we decided it was time to buy our own home here. We knew we wanted to be in the Miramar Beach area due to the fact that it is close enough to all the attractions but far enough away from the highly populated condos and beaches you find in Destin. We love the quaint charm of Frangista and the private beach access keeps the crowds to a minimum! We also love being on a quiet, low traffic street where the kids can play safely, cross to go to the pool and enjoy daily visits from the ice cream truck!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
This home was newly furnished for our family and not for the purpose of renting. The sheets, bedding, mattresses and towels are all high quality (not stock/cheap rental company sheets). The location is perfect, with the pool across the street and the beach just around the corner (an easy 2 min walk)!
