We booked this unit for three people and it worked out PERFECTLY for us. The furnishings are very nice and upscale. The balcony overlooks the pool, but it is the "cold" (unheated) pool so it wasn't noisy at all. The best part of this unit is being on the ground floor, which means no waiting for elevators. We were slightly concerned about the entry door being right next to the elevator, but it wasn't at all a problem. The door is heavy and well insulated and the AC unit is next to the door, so we heard no outside noise to speak of. The master bath is very nice, boasting a large shower and a soaking tub (no jets). The stool area is in a separate little room and it has a large walk in closet. The unit also has a half bath as well and also a washer and dryer. We would definitely recommend this unit. Being only one bedroom it would work best for a couple or a couple with 1 or 2 kids along (the sofa did pull out into a sleeper, but our daughter just slept on the sofa as it was). The heavy curtains in the bedroom and living area shut out virtually ALL the light, making it a great sleeping environment (a huge advantage over the common vertical blinds which block almost no light). This unit also includes two beach lounge chairs and an umbrella, which rent otherwise for some $30 or so a a day, which makes it an even better bargain. The location of the resort is good, being easily within walking distance of the Pier Park Mall (the largest shopping area in PCB). There are several great places to eat at pier park, and even a decent sandwich shop right across the street in the lower level of the parking garage. Overall, a VERY positive experience.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This is a beautiful unit. It is on the first floor so you park and unload at your front door. The view is spectacular with the ocean and view of the pier right outside your window. The unit was decorated very nicely and it is homey and cozy. Very well maintained. Pier Park is in walking distance so we enjoyed New Year there. Love this unit. Would recommend it to everyone.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.
