Spacious, 2000 sq. ft., three bedroom three bath condo located on the 6th floor (unit 603).
This large three bedroom condo gives you plenty of room to enjoy the beautiful Emerald green waters and everything else Destin has to offer you.
Upgrades galore in this condo including but not limited to travertine flooring throughout, two master suites w/ gulf views and balcony access, upgraded kitchen with stainless steel & granite and more!
This amazing condo features two living room areas. One living room features a sitting area with terrific views of our Emerald green waters and white sandy beaches. The Gulf side living room allows you access to the sizeable gulf side balcony.
The other living room, the 'lake side' living room, features a TV and additional seating. The lake side living room gives way to a lake side balcony as well. Enjoy views of the Gulf or Lake Stewart (Behind the Empress Condos) from one of the living rooms or balconies!
The upgraded kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances is sure to please. Enjoy a full stocked kitchen and plenty of counter space.
Near the kitchen and in between both living rooms is a large dining room table. Enjoy gazing out the gulf side sliders while conversing over dinner!
This condo at the Empress really does offer you some fantastic amenities. In addition to what has already been listed, this condo also features TWO master suites!
Both of these huge bedrooms face the gulf, with gulf views and balcony access. They both have king beds and private bathrooms.
The “main” master bathroom is HUGE and features not only a walk-in closet, but a linen closet and then a whole other closet too!! A soaking tub, stand alone shower & double vanity sinks will give everyone plenty of room to get ready!
Fun times are sure to be had shopping at the Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall or one of the other dozens of other shopping centers, ride go carts and bumper boats at The Track, splash and slide at Big Kahunas water park, compete to see who gets the most tickets at Fat Daddy arcade, feed the crocodiles and enjoy lunch/dinner at Fudpuckers and water sports galore in Destin!!!!
