This conveniently located townhome can sleep up to 8 people. It is near the Hot Springs Pool and fitness center, a large park with a playground, ball diamond and cook-out area, and the Riverwalk Trail, and you can also walk or drive the few blocks to downtown Ouray -- providing activities for every member of the family!
This townhome has 4 floors. The first floor is the entry level with a washer and dryer and 1-car garage available for your use. The second floor is the main living level, with living room, dining room, kitchen and a half bath. The third floor has two bedrooms --one with a queen and one with two twins, and a full bath with tub and shower. The top level has a master bath with queen bed and another full bath, this one with a walk-in shower. The master bedroom also has a large walk-in closet with rollaway bed that makes a fun 'secret hideaway/bedroom' for one of the smaller guests in your party!
Satellite TV, a DVD player, and wireless Internet are provided for your stay. There is also a wood-burning stove for chilly nights.
There is a picnic table and charcoal grill available for guest use just across from the townhome, along the river.
