For rent is a beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath unit at Seascape Towers in New Smyrna Beach. The unit has numerous recent upgrades, including new tile, an updated kitchen, and new furniture throughout the unit. It’s a 5th-floor direct oceanfront unit with two private balconies (one accessible from the living room, the other from the master bedroom) and unobstructed views of the ocean. The oceanfront views are truly exceptional – you can’t get a unit any closer to the beach (note: all of the beach-view photos in this listing were taken from the unit’s balcony).
The remodeled master bedroom features a brand new king size bed and private double bathroom with Jacuzzi tub/shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, new tile/paint/furnishings, and ample storage space. The second bathroom is standard size and has a tub/shower. The kitchen is fully stocked and has all the amenities and supplies you’ll need. The dining room and living room are tastefully furnished; additionally, the living room features a brand new, full-size sleeper sofa. In total, the condo has more than 1200 square feet of living space, not including the two balconies, and can comfortably sleep 4-6 people.
A full-size washer and dryer are available in the unit, as is free secure wi-fi. All amenities (e.g. towels, linens, dishes, blowdryer, etc) are provided. Underground or aboveground parking is included. The building also features many other amenities, including a pool, spa, tennis, shuffleboard, and more. Seascape Towers is on the no-drive section of New Smyrna Beach, so you can enjoy the beach without vehicle traffic. One week minimum reservation; arrival and departure is typically on Saturday.
