Many wonderful updates to this spacious 1200 sq ft condo including remodeled kitchen, master bath and more in 2010/11.
Two bedroom/two baths, king bed in master suite with large walk in closet. Master bath has spacious walk in ceramic tile shower, ceramic tile floor and granite countertop. The cheerfully decorated guest bedroom has new twin beds in 2012. The guest bathroom includes tile floors and shower/bath.
The kitchen is very bright with white ceramic tile floor extending to the foyer. The counter tops and cabinets were replaced in 2010.
The living room is warm and inviting with new furniture in 2011 which includes a pull out sofa for a queen size bed, and a 32' flat screen tv in armoir. The living room flows freely to the gorgeous east facing lanai for spectacular sunrises over the beautiful landscape and meticulous golf course.

Why the Owner Chose Deauville Lake Club:
This beautiful condo was purchased just recently from my parents who thoroughly enjoyed it over the last 15 years. My immediate family spent a week at the condo every year since my parents owned it with many hours spent at the pool, beach, downtown Naples or just relaxing on the lanai watching golfers take many strokes down the fairway while we're having a cool beverage on a warm day. So, when it was time for my parents to say good bye to the wonderful people they met over the years at Deauville Lake Club in November 2012, my brother and I could not let the condo leave our family with all the memories we've had over the years. We are not quite ready for full-time retirement yet so we've decided to rent the condo for a few months every year so other people can enjoy a few months in 'paradise' (as my Mom always described it) while the rest of us are likely shivering in the north country.
