Views from the estate include a dramatic panorama of the Savegre River. In the distance it is possible to see beaches at Parrita, the Nicoya Peninsula, the Osa Peninsula and even Caño Island. Visitors to the 4.9 hectare (12.1 acre) estate can spend days simply relaxing by the pool, drinking Costa Rica's finest coffee and watching spectacular sunsets. "Thank you so much for your gracious hospitality. Your little slice of paradise provides a great vacation for all ages. Our older boys as well as our younger children had a fantastic time... Originally from La Jolla, Ca and growing up in the ocean, Colorado after 6 years comes up a bit short on tropical sunsets! Pictured above is me and my mother Sharon who followed us to Colorado to be near her only granddaughter. Sharon is a true California girl and jumped at the chance to partner with her son on a vacation home in one of our favorite spots in the world. Sharon is an executive with a fortune 500 company, specializing in corporate education, while my wife and I have been in the high end salon business for many years. Her a top hairstylist and me well... serial entrepreneur, adventurer, and 'Chief Bottle Washer'. We currently own a successful salon in Boulder Colorado. Being able to experience the contrast between the Rocky Mountains and the amazing South Pacific region of Costa Rica has made us feel blessed beyond belief.
