The accomodations were excellent and the house turned out even better then advertised. Everything we needed was in close proximity to this location. There were golf courses, restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores, etc. The house was very clean and well maintained. Any questions we had were quickly answered by the owners who were easily contacted. We highly recommend this property to anyone who is visiting or vacationing in the Mesa area. This is the 18th year for the annual golf trip and these accomodations were by far the best we have had. Would very much want to rent this property again for the next golf trip or vacation. It added to a wonderful experience.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

No other words could describe this place better than "The Sanctuary." We had such a wonderful time visiting AZ while staying here. The house was more than enough room for 6 adults and 2 children. The house is so spacious and open with beautiful finishes, new appliances, etc. The owners even accomodated us with a crib, a pack-n-play, and a highchair! We had everything we needed for making this a great friends and family vacation such as kitchenware for grilling, cooking, etc. You will never want to leave AZ after staying at "The Sanctuary" it is a lovely retreat.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

What a beautiful area to stay. Our husbands arrived a day ahead of us wifes as we flew into Mesa airport,( Less stressful drive for them.) We live in Minnesota. They couldn't wait to tell us all about the house. It was just as nice as the photo, and so well equipped with anything you could possibly need or want for a two week stay. The pool was our favorite. "Just like getting into a large bathtub", as our friend would say. Close to nice eating places and for both day and night eating, grocery stores, Big Flea Market (my favorite), movie theatre and the mountains. We came out with our ATV'S on a four place trailer which fit right in the garage. We were only a 20-30 minute drive to use the wheelers. The neighbors were very friendly. Very safe and quiet area and easy to find. Meg was really sweet and always making sure everything was going O.K. and if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this for anyone who likes a little bit of everything when they vacation. Large families would do very well in this very large house.Thanks again Meg for making us feel so welcomed in your home. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this large 4 bedroom home in Augusta Ranch. We had 4 adults and 4 children and the house provided more than enough room for all of us. Master bedroom was very big with huge walk in closet and extra large balcony looking over the golf course. Back yard was exceptional with heated pool and brand new Jenn Air grill which we made great use of. It appeared that most if not all of the amenities in the home were brand new or very close to it. Deluxe foosball table provided for great family fun. I had not rented through VRBO previously so was not sure what to expect. Prior to renting, I contacted the owners Meg and Mike as recommended by VRBO, and knew right away just from talking with them that they were genuinely interested in ensuring our vacation experience in their home was a positive one. Meg was very responsive in immediately following up on any questions we had regarding the house throughout our stay. The home and all of its contents were everything as described on VRBO, and more. It is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. We had a phenomenal experience and I would definitely rent this home again. I would also strongly recommend it to others.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
