About the owner: Both Peg and I are retired educators from Michigan. We still own a home in Northern Michigan in Gladwin, Mi. Peg is from Southfield, a Detroit suburb and I am from Monroe located just North of Toledo, Ohio. I am a Adrian College grad and Peg graduated from Michigan State.
Why the Owner Chose St. Pete Beach:
We had spent time in this area and loved it so much we decided to purchase. Envoy Point is a wonderful facility with good people and well maintained. We are convinced that you will fall in love with this place as well. Two swim pools, weight room, shuffle board courts, tennis courts, ping pong and a pool table and most important the friendly people. Our people have built and maintained a garden by the beach. It is something to behold.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Not on a main street but within walking distance of all the restaurants, stores, entertainment centers, etc. located on Gulf Blvd , the main drag. The view from out third floor condo is breathtaking.
