St. Simons Island, Georgia is a small and beautiful island with a history of old and new. Live oak trees with Spanish moss an icon of the South found throughout the Island. The nearby beaches are breathtaking with its beauty of miles of beaches.
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac off of Mallery St. Very close to the house is a nice park. A very beautiful beach that stretches for miles and miles is only a ½ mile away from the house. There is a relatively new public pool and an indoor pool at a fitness center (fee based) also within a mile from the house. The quaint village with wonderful shops and restaurants are located one mile from the house also. What more can you ask for?

Location: From end of Causeway take first right KINGSWAY for 2.1 miles. Turn left at first set of traffic lights(Not blinking lights) MALLERY, turn right at curve (Mallery St) 1.1 mile, turn right onto TOLUCA LANE. At stop sign, house is on right side corner.
The street is new, small and not on many map services. Please use Mallery as an identifying street.
Refundable Security Deposit of $300.00 for 3 days, a week or month which will due within 7 days of booking. It will be refunded within two week of departure unless extra cleaning is required or damage to property will result in additional deducted money. Full payment is due three weeks prior to occupancy. Cancellation policy: Thirty (30) days before arrival date in order to receive full refund. All prices include taxes and fees. No hidden costs!
Must be (21) twenty one years old or older to rent.

A wonderful house in an ideal location. Walking distance to the beach and the village. Elegantly yet comforably furnished. Good kitchen w/ walk-in pantry. Master bedroom with large walk-in dressing room/closet. Great tiled bathroom with glass door shower room, We especially enoyed the nicely landscaped patio with table and chiars for four, gas grill. Located on dead end road wirh little traffic. We've spent five seasons in the general area and this particular house is best of all.
Recommended for:Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Fantastic! We were very happy to walk into your lovely home ~ beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture, a big TV for the guys to watch the game and movies...everything was "up to date" feeling which truly made it feel like we were at a "home" and not a rental house. We have rented many homes in different areas of the country and you never know for sure if it will be as nice as the photos suggest ~ yours definitely was right on the mark. The location was wonderful as well - close by to the town and some of the restaurants that we had selected to try out. I also want to thank you for how kind you were to help me with all of my questions regarding the area since it was our first time to St. Simons Island... we will definitely be back someday and there is no question as to where we will be renting : ) Thank you ~

My daughter and 3 grandchildren joined me for the Memorial Day weekend at this lovely cottage on St.Simon's Island. It was beautifully decorated on the inside as shown in the computer pictures. It was very well equipped with everything you would need for your visit. It was situated in close proximity to the village,pool and beach. We all loved the house and plan to return in the future. I would highly recommend this rental on the island.

There were 6 of us lifelong friends who stayed at 122 Toulaca Ln for one of our first fully retired getaways---we had a great time. Your darling cottage on beautiful St. Simons Is was perfect in so many ways. It was nicely furnished and fit our needs to a T. We cooked some nights and others ate out at one of the many great restaurants on the island. We loved the area and its many attractions---we all definitely would consider coming back again. Thanks for making this trip so enjoyable.

What can we say? Everything was great! The location was excellent. The accommodations were very clean and well maintained. Our month long "working vacation" was possible because of the high speed internet access. Work in the morning - play the rest of the day. What a life! The dead end street and the park across the street made it so easy to have our dog with us. We would highly recomend your home to anyone and we plan to return again next year. And - SSI is a great place to be by itself, plus there are so many possible daytrips! Savannah, Okefenokee Swamp, Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Amelia Island, Jekyll island! We did it all and plan to do it again.

Awesome, wonderful, relaxing, beautiful and just a few of the comments we can make our 122 Toluca Lane.The location was perfect, close to everything and such a quiet street. The pictures on the web are fantasticbut the home is even better than that. It was sooooooo tastefully decorated and clean. So warm are welcoming.We had such a nice, relaxing time and great food on the island. Thank you so much for letting us rent your lovely property. We followed the directions on the refrig upon leaving as far as trash and dirty linens. As soon as we get a chance, we would like to go back down sometime next year for another “get away”. Thanks again for all you help. Will stay in contact. We were all curious about Toluca Lane. Did a developer go in and put up all the houses for sale? We felt like they were all new construction on that part of the Lane. Great idea. From the guest book, we figured some time in early 05? We were just curious. We have a great time for our 1st visit to St. Simons.. Your place was perfect. I loved the quiet neighborhood and our boxer loved the field across the street where she could run like crazy. The beaches are great there also. We would definately consider staying w/you again. Thanks for having such a wonderful place.
