Located on cul-de-sac. Very private. Across the street are trees that lead to small park. Must be (21)twenty one years old or older to rent. Take 10% OFF. Last minute GetAway! Book 10 days or less before your dates. 3 day minimum. Location: From end of Causeway take first right KINGSWAY for 2.1 miles. Turn left at first set of Traffic lights. (Not blinking lights) MALLERY, turn right at curve (Mallery St) 1.1 mile, turn right onto TOLUCA LANE. At stop sign, house is on right side corner. The beautiful beach is one half mile and the quaint Village is one mile. Refundable Security Deposit of $300.00 for 3 days,a week or month which will due within 7 days of booking.It will be refunded within two week of departure unless their is extra cleaning or damage to property which will be deducted. Full payment is due three weeks prior to occupancy. Cancellation policy: Thirty (30) days before arrival date in order to receive full refund. After the 30 days 50% will be refunded.
