Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Unit (204) was very nice, clean, and had all the dishes, supplies needed. Great location by the creek, picnic area very nice although we didn't use it this time. Adjoining conference room we used was great for our purpose(choir retreat). The management of this facility need to provide trash bags for people who use it. People from Wildernest and the people from the management company of the conference room were very accomodting and helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great property but would be nice to have some of the basics (like dishwasher detergent, flour, sugar, etc) on site.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a blast! This condo is a perfect location with wonderful amenities. We loved sleeping with the sound of the creek in the background and out girls loved swimming in the pool. We hope to rent it again soon!

  Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was adequately helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our bedrooms were on 2nd floor with occupant of third floor very loud from 1030 pm until 230 am each night--he played with his dog, bounced ball an floor all night, vacuumed, washed clothes--I had very little sleep for my five nights. On the plus side there was a nice walk out onto the 10 mile creek.

  Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: great people, great location, unit getting very tired We've been coming to Cross Creek every 5 years since 1984 for a large family reunion. We love the location with the creek right outside our window and the pool and community room for gatherings. The management company was great. We had 8 units for a week. Some units have been beautifully upgraded, but even those had serious issues (like no hot water for 3 of 6 days!). Unit 204 has not been upgraded at all and it's getting very tired. The carpet was filthy, the stove didn't work well, and the disposer will not take anything at all without stopping up - the Wildernest plumber was prompt though! The beds were very nice as were the bathrooms - the rest of the living quarters made us spend our time elsewhere. We had a great week with family, but the general consensus is that enough of the units have serious issues that we will look for another location for our next visit. It's too bad they have not been better maintained, because the location is idyllic. We had a great time with our family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is in a great location off of Main street Frisco and right by a creek. The condo needs some updating. The master bed was fairly uncomfortable. Many of the blinds have broken handles and do not work. The garage door is manual which seems odd in 2012. The jacuzzi tub in the master bath does not work. The upstairs televisions are from 1972. Just a little work would make this condo perfect. Overall, however, we were happy.

The frig is loud and should be replaced. In general the condo could use some tender loving care. Overall, we enjoyed our long term stay at the condo. The location is great for using the bus to Copper.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is a great find! Plenty of space, great location and very clean. Only complaint is that the beds are probably in need of replacement, so if you have trouble sleeping consider bringing some sleeping aides! Otherwise great place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed one night in the Cross Creek area and we couldnt have been happier with it. The price was very reasonable. The staff at Wildernest was professional and helpful and picking up the keys after hours was a snap. We will absolutley be looking to stay with Wildernest next time we go skiing.

  Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very dirty. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The carpet in this unit was very dirty. You could see dirty brown shoe prints all over the entire unit. It had not been vacuumed. Every time we opened or closed a door the dust bunnies would roll up and be left behind! The unit is pretty outdated and worn. This is not where we will stay next time. Manager responded on 7/20/2011: “We are very sorry that your experience at one of our condos was beyond disappointing. Our Housekeeping division immediately took steps to deep clean the entire unit after you departure including taking all lines and comforters to professional dry cleaners. We hope that you will consider us again in the future and appreciate the time that you took to alert us to our embarrassing mistake.”
