  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only bad thing was the pilot light on the fire place kept going out

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay while visiting Summit County, very close to both Breck and Frisco, and only a short drive to Dillon, Keystone and Silverthorn. Almost perfect, the bed in our unit could have been more comfy and the hot tubs needed to be turned up about 8 degrees, other than that not one complaint. As always the staff at Wildernest was great.

The location is ideal if you are going to experience Summit County and is conveniently location just north of Breckenridge. One of the niceer units on the list.

  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very unhelpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was great, Management (Wildernest) was not This property is not ideally located, but it is a very clean, nice condo complex. The unit was in good shape and had a nice pull out sofa sleeper. We rented this unit because of its close proximity to the hot tub. When we arrived, the tubs were lukewarm. Wildernest (the management company) said they had just been refilled and would get hot. Hours later, they had improved only slightly. Same response, but they said they would call the next morning to make sure things were fixed. The next day, the tubs were still not hot, and we never got a call. I called maintenance, and finally someone was sent over to fix the tubs. On our last day, the tub that was working properly was then marked "closed." Housekeeping promised me they would ask management to call me about the problems, and three days later, I've not been contacted. I will not rent from Wildernest again (especially with all the options in Breckenridge and the surrounding communities).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience was fantastic. The condo was perfectly clean, and very pleasant. The two draw backs for me were the fact that there was no garden/jacuzzi tub in the unit, and there is nothing very close to this development. Aside from that, we had a great time.
