This beautiful, vacation, beach home is located directly across the street from the ocean and 45 miles from historical Charleston, South Carolina. It has direct beach access (75 yards to splash). Breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean are enjoyed while rocking on the spacious, upstairs porch. Deck chairs and picnic tables are provided for your cooking, eating, and entertaining, on the large concrete patio beneath the house.
In addition to this wonderful location, this home at the beach is large enough to accommodate family get-togethers, sleeping ten people in comfort. Down the center of the home is a combined great room with an eat-in area, and an eat-in kitchen with a bar. This home has four bedrooms (three queens and one bedroom with two sets of bunks. Two bedrooms are located on each side of the greatroom with a full bath between them. There is a full bath off the greatroom.
With the home just across the street from the beach, you will be there in no time for swimming, sailing, surfing,tanning, boating, and shell-seeking. The beach also provides plenty of moderate price seafood restaurants. Nearby Charleston offers all of its history including boat tours to Fort Sumter, historic homes along the Battery Carriage rides, as well as walking and riding tours over the City. The City also will feed you in some of the finest restaurants in the country.
