Come have a relaxing, fun week with a great location near all the fun . This is our own privately managed condo and our first year renting this unit. We purchased the unit in the winter of 2012 and completely remodeled every room . It is a clean,totally furnished,brand new interior 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo located on Myrtle wood Golf Club.
The second floor balcony view overlooks the pool / grill area, and Myrtlewood Golf Course, The view is great. Wake up and enjoy coffee watching the golfers or relax on the balcony with cool drink and awesome pool view!
You're only a mile from the best shopping, dining , entertainment, and beaches around with plenty of public access and free parking.
There is a mall right across the street with restaurants, grovery store, ABC store, and more.
We're less than 5 minutes to Broadway at the Beach, The Palace, Myrtle Waves, Nascar Speed Park, Cal Ripken Baseball Park, Pelicans Stadium, endless restaurants, malls, outlets, Bass Pro Shops and House of Blues. Can't name them all.
This spacious condo has a fully equipped kitchen,washer/dryer, and all linens are provided. This unit was just purchased and all of the interior furnishings are brand new
Beautiful Myrtlewood Golf Club, with its centuries old pines and lush fairways, is your view from the baclony. Around the corner you’ll find the pro shop overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway .
All sleeping quarters and living area have cable tv, dvd player, and wifi internet. Poolside grills are free for your use.
All of the main attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer are either 3 minutes to the south or 7 minutes north-Tanger Outlet, Bass Pro Shops, Pelican Stadium, Countless Beaches,Broadway At The Beach, House Of Blues, Nascar Speed Park, The Palace, Hard Rock Cafe,Cal Ripken Baseball Park, Myrtle Waves Water Park, the list goes on.
There is ample free parking out front and plenty of jogging biking trails provided on Wild Iris Drive.
The condo complex has many pools and grilling areas with beautiful landscaping in view from your balcony.
You will love the location, view, and amenities of this unit . The things to do in Myrtle Beach are endless and they’re just a short distance away.
Occupants must be 25 years of age. Maximum of 6 people. Rooms are non smoking. Homeowner association rules and regulations apply to all guests. Pets, watercraft, trailers, RV’s, and motorcycles are not permitted on property.
We accommodate weekly summer rentals or nightly and monthly rentals in the off season.
