Key Colony Beach, known as the 'Gem of the Florida Keys,' is located 110 miles south of Miami. KCB is part of Marathon, but our Island juts out into the Atlantic Ocean a mile, forming one of the most beautiful white, sandy beaches, in the entire Keys.
Our 2 private 1/2 duplexes are 200 feet from the Atlantic Ocean. Our canal front 1/2 duplex is on KCB's widest most private canal. Relax on vacation at your home away from home. All three properties come with membership to the Cabana Club. Sorry, No Pets allowed. Properties are non smoking. Smoking permitted outside only.
Walk to four restaurants, scuba dive, snorkel, tennis, golf, and much more. DO IT ALL OR JUST RELAX!

The last thing I ever want on a vacation is a surprise...an unwelcome suprise. You never know what you will get when you rent sight-unseen and turn that key for the first time. But thankfully, after a long day of flying and driving and getting stuck in an elevator in the Miami airport, when we turned the key of this house, it was entirely as we expected, which was great! The house was clean, very roomy, very comfortable and felt very much like the beach houses I remember as a child. The location was perfect, 2 hours from Miami and 1 hour from Key West. The beach at the Cabana Club was very small, but clean (we didn't use the pool). The food at the restaurant was good. Sparky's Landing nearby was great for dinner. My only complaint was the wall in the master bedroom was a little thin and we could hear the people next door, but only when they were talking loudly or had their tv turned up. I had packed ear plugs for sleeping so it wasn't a problem for me, just my husband, who didn't have ear plugs. The owner, Steve, communicated with me several times prior to our trip, and answered all my questions. I found him to be honest and chock-full of information. He also sent a packet of information which was very helpful. He was very fast getting our security deposit back to us after our trip. This was our first trip to this area, but if we ever return, we won't hesitate to rent this house.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Thank you for allowing us to rent your property. We had a great time enjoying the pool, beach and sun! The location was great, with just a walk across the street to the private beach club and close to Key West! We would highly recommend!
