Nestled in the scenic North Lake Tahoe, Truckee area, Tahoe Donner Resort Community, this 3400 square foot mountain home offers clean mountain comfort for family and friends.
There are granite counters, hardwood floors and new carpet throughout the home. The spacious chef’s kitchen is well equipped and provides table service for 12. The upper living area is open with a fireplace, dining area, front and rear decks, and a guest half-bath. For entertainment, there are four large screen HDTVs, DVD players, home theater surround sound systems, and family games.
Entertainment continues with a pool table, six-person spa hot tub, a large game room with shuffleboard, computer/printer/fax, game table, and seating for 14+ around the home theater. The game room also serves as an overflow sleeping area. The spacious master suite has hotel quality bedding, luxury linens, a large screen HDTV with blue-ray DVD player, and plenty of drawer and closet space. The master bath is adorned with his and her sinks, granite counters, granite shower, jetted tub, and heated granite floors.
There are two themed midlevel bedrooms. The bear room has hotel quality queen bedding and luxury linens. The tiger room has full size bunk beds and a euro sofa-sleeper which is great for kids. The midlevel also has a full bath with towels, a laundry room with front-loading clothes washer & dryer, and closets with extra blankets, spa towels, cleaning supplies, and coat storage. The game room, pool table room, and front deck with hot tub spa are also on the midlevel.
The lower level has an air-lock covered entry, oversized two car garage, and flat L-shaped driveway with ample parking. The property has high speed wireless internet service throughout the home, a wired ethernet line in the Master suite, cable television, telephone service, and whole home HEPA air filtration system. This 3 bedroom home sleeps 8+ in bedrooms and up to 12 people utilizing the air beds in the game room.
The Tahoe/Truckee area is a destination recognized by outdoor enthusiasts for its beauty and year round activities. This home is in an ideal location just a few minutes away from Northstar, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl, and Tahoe Donner ski areas. The Tahoe Donner Resort Community offers four-seasons of recreation opportunities which are available to our guests.
