Welcome to our beach home located in Oceanside Village, a private gated community just off Highway 17 in Surfside Beach, South Carolina.The village provides private beachfront parking with an oceanfront restaurant, twenty-four hour security, two pools (one indoor-heated, one outdoor), tennis courts, playground, and fishing lakes.
Our home is a five-minute golf cart ride to the beach. The outdoor pool is directly across the street. Both pools have kiddie pools. Our home is ready for your family to enjoy. It features two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the guest bedroom has two twin-size beds (and additional cot-bed), and the living room has a pull-out queen-size sofa-bed.
Our kitchen is fully-equipped with all the comforts of home. It features a large bar with bar stools, and a dining room table. Everything a kitchen needs! We have a large capacity washer and dryer, and cable TVs with DVDs. There is also a large deck for your enjoyment.
We rent our home from Saturday to Saturday, and we only rent to families. We ask that you provide your own towels and paper products, but we provide the linens. We ask that you clean the unit at the end of your stay. There are many attractions nearby, such as, golf courses, water parks, miniature golf, live entertainment, outlet shopping, restaurants, fishing, and many more great activities.
Sorry, NO PETS and NO SMOKING allowed inside of our home.
