This house was immaculate and had many updates(especially the bathroom, kitchen, and outside shower). You could walk to a grocery store, the Visitor's Center of the National Seashore, and bike trail. A beautiful beach(First Encounter) was a 5 minute drive away and was a fabulous spot to view the sunset. I would highly recommend this house and plan on going back myself

Great vacation spot for people looking to experience true Cape Cod. The cottage was recently renovated with many modern ammenities. Beaches and bike path are very close to this vintage Cape cottage on a large, quiet yard. If smores by a fire, scenic bike rides, family cookouts and daily trips to the beach sound like a good vacation you have found the perfect spot. We hope to make the "Teal Hummock" a summer tradition.
