Neat and clean simple 3 room 2 bath house with a large deck, grill and citrus
House is a great place for Small Famlies, Snow Birds and Executives on extended travel with the Space Program. Ideal Visitors intending to spend a few days on the Beach before Boarding the Disney/Carnival/Royal Caribbean Cruise lines. The Calema Wind Surfing School and Watersports is within walking distance of the home. The Kennedy Space Center Visitors Center, IMAX theater and Space Shuttle Experience. Quiet inlets and river access are excellent for kayaking and bird watching. We keep a twin engine aircraft where arrangements can be made to overfly the Shuttle Landing Facilities and departures to the Bahamas.

Property very clean and very well maintained. Would suggest the following: 1 -- reduce number of personal items. 2 -- consider TV rather than only Blueray in the maeter bedroom. 3 -- Handrail in walk in shower. Super convenient to our son and his family.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

Our one month stay was relaxing and met our expectations based on the listing photos and descriptions of the property. It was clean and all appliances worked well.The location was close to the beaches, Cocoa Beach area, and easy to travel to nearby relatives in Melbourne, Rockledge, and Vero.The owner was responsive to our needs and requests. The outside deck was extensively used, along with the large grill. A good time was had.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities.

The house features High Ceilings, Cherry, Mahogany and Marble floors, very clean with an enclosed back porch and a nice out door deck. A community pool is 15 houses down with limited Association access. Home is loaded with all appliances, filtered water and upright washer and dryer. Daily walks to the park in the morning and close proximity to the beaches and the port provide for plenty of outdoor entertainment.
