Enjoy all that Palmetto Dunes and Hilton Head have to offer when you stay in our newly renovated villa. With 3 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a large deck and 2 balconies overlooking the lagoon there is more than enough room to spread out and take it all in.
The perfect location, close to everything Palmetto Dunes has to offer! The possibilities are endless: fishing, canoeing, kayaking or just enjoying the beautiful views right off your deck. Walk 5 minutes and you are on the beach, 2 more minutes down the beach and you are at the Dunes House beachfront restaurant. Just steps out the front door, you are at the community pool. Hop on a bike and you are riding on miles of bike paths. What about some tennis or golf? Walk 3 minutes from our villa to world class tennis or one of the three championship golf courses available in Palmetto Dunes! There are great restaurants and The General Store, all right here. Sit out on the deck at night and listen to the ocean waves, a great way to end the day!
As you arrive at the villa you will notice the outside shower, perfect for cleaning off after those great days on the beach. Once inside you will see all that is new! There is new bamboo flooring throughout the first floor. All of the furniture is new. The kitchen is new with granite counters and stainless appliances. There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer off the kitchen. There are 3 televisions and 2 DVD players. The second floor has a loft area with a children’s game table.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has new furniture with new mattresses and bedding. Each bedroom has its own bathroom that has been updated with a new vanity, mirror and lighting. The bedrooms on the second floor each have private balconies overlooking the lagoon.

Looking for a day trip? Savannah, GA is only a 45 min drive and Charleston, SC just 2 hours!

The Villa was the best accommodation we have had at Hilton Head. It was convenient to everything. A five minute walk to the beach down a nice paved beach access, beautiful bike paths throughout Palmetto Dunes and an easy bike ride to Shelter Cove. The Villa itself was beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed the shady deck overlooking the lagoon. The owner was very easy to work with for reservations. This is a beautiful place. We loved every minute of staying here on our spring break in April. The owners are first class, and are always available. There was plenty of room and the decor is gorgeous. We loved being on the lagoon so we could hop in our kayaks and go. We even caught a flounder in our net and had it for dinner. It was great to wake up and drink my coffee on the deck and hear nothing but the birds chirping and the fish jumping in the lagoon. The beach was less than 5 minutes away. We really enjoyed it so much!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

This was a great find. The pictures and write up were right on. The Villa was clean, well maintained, great location and the owner was great. We have stayed in several Villas in Palmetto Dunes and this was our favorite. There were only two of us but we could see that it would also be great for large families. It was nice that the owners stock it with plenty of supplies so you don't have to go shopping for such things as coffee filters, laundry soap, bathroom supplies, etc. Will definitely return.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

About the owner: We have been traveling to Hilton Head with our 3 daughters for the past 12 years from the Jersey Shore and have fallen in love with the island! We decided it was finally time for a place of our own. We love the location of Palmetto Dunes being central to everything. We have made a lot of renovations to our place this year and plan to continue next year. We look forward to hearing your input as we continue!
