This is a luxurious three bedroom, two bath condo on the fifth floor of Oceanwalk Condominiums. Located in front of the main clubhouse and pool, it is ideally situated for your fun and pleasure.
Oceanwalk Condominiums are located just a short walking distance to the beach. This part of New Smyrna Beach is a no drive beach, safe for the whole family. It is less than a five minute walk from the unit to the beach, or you can take a golf cart shuttle provided by Oceanwalk. The rear screened balcony overlooks a scenic wetlands nature preserve and estuary, as well as the Intracoastal Waterway. Enjoy gorgeous Florida sunsets from here.
The unit is well furnished and tastefully decorated. Upgrades include cultured marble tops, Jacuzzi tub, large separate shower in the master suite, and several kitchen upgrades. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and two twins in the third. The unit is supplied with a full complement of linens, towels, and kitchen accessories.

There is a fully-equipped clubhouse and heated pool just outside of your unit. Fitness room, basketball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, sauna, hot tub, outdoor grill, and putting green are all on-site. There is a garage on the ground floor of the building. The entire property is gated. There is also a 2 mile hiking and nature trail.
A whole host of beach and water activities are all within a short distance, including surfing, fishing, boating, sailing, kayaking, bicycling, and golf. Lots of sightseeing, shopping, and great restaurants are nearby. Canaveral National Seashore is only two miles away. Daytona, Orlando, and Kennedy Space Center are 30 to 50 minutes away. Disney and Universal are only 90 minutes away.

Rented for the month of January 2013. There was more to do and see in the area than could be done in one month. The condo was great--quiet on the back deck for reading, watching sunsets over the senic wetlands, or visiting. All the residents in the building were friendly, as were those we met in the rec rooms and hot tubs. Liz and Jennifer, the owners, are very responsive if there is anything that requires attention. Everything in their listing is accurate as advertised. My wife and I are looking forward to renting the unit in 2014 for two months.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.
