Tiara is a beautiful condominium complex situated between the Ritz Carlton residence and Marriot residence resorts. It offers top class services such as valet and covered parking, concierge desk, tennis courts, fitness gym, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, car wash etc and it is the only building in the entire palm beach area that has a restaurant on the top floor, 42 stories up, with spectacular 360 degree views of the ocean, intercoastal and city. It also has another restaurant beachside. The condominium itself is elegantly furnished with high end decor, not renter's grade furnishings. The unit has 3 large screen TV's, comfortable couches, king size beds, an Egyptian parquet wood desk, Henredon couch and many more luxury features. The unit also has a beautiful remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops and brand new stainless steel appliances as well. The condo can either have 2 large bedrooms or we can make it one large bedroom and one office, whichever you would like.                       About the owner: I am a medical professional in the area who enjoys having nice properties that people appreciate. I decorate as if I was living there myself because I think people, when they rent, should feel like they are living in a terrific place and really enjoy it themselves.

                      Why the Owner Chose Singer Island:
                      I have lived in the area for 10 years now. I owned a unit in this building several years ago, and I sold it. I regretted selling it so I recently purchased this unit. I am so happy with it. I love the beach and the ocean environment. Every time I walk into this condominium I feel wonderful and like I am in heaven. When you walk in, you feel like you are walking right out onto the beach. The beach is wide. The sand is white, and it is so soft to walk on and enjoy. The views are always superb whether its morning, noon, or night. The breeze is great. Hearing the waves is wonderful. It's a little piece of paradise

                      The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
                      This unit that I am renting is very different from most units that you will see not only because it has great views of the beach from every room and you feel like you are on the beach, but because of the way it is decorated. I decorated this place as my home, not as a rental. I hate it when I look at a rental and it is a great piece or property but people have been so cheap or have such bad taste in choosing out furniture or decor that it would be torture for me to have to live with their decor and furnishings. It doesn't cost that much more money to decorate a place beautifully so that people really enjoy staying and living there, and hence they will miss the place when they are gone and want to come back.
