You will not go wrong by choosing this beautiful two bedroom ground floor condo located near the end of the building which allows you easy access to your private patio or 350 feet of sandy beach. Enjoy panoramic views of Mt. Washington and Ossippee Mountains that provide a scenic backdrop for Lake Winnipesaukee. Quaint shopping in close by Meredith, fun for all at Weir's Beach arcades, within walking distance to Meadowbrook Musical Arts Center where top musicians perform, hiking/skiing and zip lines at Gunstock Mountain, major grocery/retail box stores and cinemas within a two minute drive. Scenic Mt Washington Boat tours nearby with many restaurants to choose from. Tanger outlets within a 35 minute drive.
There is a large grassy area containing shuffle board, basketball net, and room for a game of frisbee or fun for all. You can choose to cook on BBQ grills located on the beach or on your private grill/picnic table right outside your unit.
This condo is rented directly from the owner which saves you about 40% over rentals through the resort.

About the owner: I live in Maine but travel throughout New England for work and have always been attracted to the Lake Winnipesaukee area.
Why the Owner Chose Gilford:
My friends have owned a condo at Misty Harbor resort for years and visiting them I fell in love with the area as it offered a wide variety of fun activities. The resort has all of the offerings to have a fun-filled vacation - pool, hot tub, sauna and then you have the beach with sandy bottom
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I wanted a ground floor unit so that I could walk outside and onto the beach. The views of the mountains and water are breathtaking.
