located on the second floor which provides a sense of security and and quiet, (no foot steps above. Great view of the mountains from the balcony or master suite. The large master suite provides you with a king-size bed, private bath with extra large tub, walk-in closet with plenty of hangers and shelves for stuff, TV, and phone. Second bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and very light and airy.

The kitchen is completely equipped with microwave, dishwasher, small appliances, and service for eight with extra's galore. In suite laundry room next to kitchen with full-size washer and dryer as well as laundry supplies and extra paper products. Both bathrooms have extras - soap, lotions, toilet paper, kleenex, etc. Pool towels available. The Great room has vaulted ceilings and is furnished with two oversized couches, tables, lamps, armour with TV/DVD, dining room table will seat six and a fireplace.

There is a balcony that has two tall tables and four chairs for your relaxation and a great view of the mountains - Smoking on the balcony only. If you have a small dog under 15 lbs.. we will consider rental with an additional security fee that will be returned upon inspection. We have furnished our condo as we would our home so relax and be our guest.

We are located close to high-end shopping as well as grocery stores and a variety of restaurants. You are within minutes away from premier golf courses, horseback riding, Casino, and a choice of two pools with hot tubs and shaded lounging areas as well as tennis court and club house.
