Quiet, private, 3rd floor condo with “in your face ocean view”. Only 100 feet from the ocean. Bluefish is a gated community within grounds of perla marina (double security). Beautiful beach only 150 feet off to right of complex. Awesome sunsets and sunrises off the balcony! Yachts, container ships and migrating whales often seen.
2 bedroom, 2 bath unit/1000 sf. High cathedral ceilings. Air conditioning in all rooms (new in 2012). New island furniture throughout. 42 inch color TV in living room w/smaller TV in bedroom. Washer/dryer in condo and also on-site laundry. Recent kitchen remodel w/granite counter tops and new cabinets made from local wood. All furniture is hand made. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and laundry room. Large parking lot. Reliable 24/7 power (quiet diesel generator).
We often enjoy cool ocean breezes and seldom use the a/c units. Building is very quiet as most owners are seldom here.

The island's beauty and the people of the Dominican republic are just a few of the things that made our decision easy. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. We have what John would call 'the million dollar view' right off our balcony.

Bluefish condominiums are beautifully landscaped and our condo offers an awesome view of the ocean. It is a quiet community where one can just relax by the pool or sit on the patio and listen to the crashing waves. Yet we are just a couple minutes away from downtown Cabarete/Sosua, both of which offers many dining choices, nightlife and outdoor activity options. This destination is perfectly located for everything from adventure to just relaxing. The amazing view is what drew us to this property. When you see it you will know what we mean.
