The condo is 508 sq. ft. plus a 75 sq. ft. screened lanai and has a bedroom, living room, kitchen/dining area, lanai and bathroom. Has 40' LED Flat Screen Smart TV. The living area is separated from the bedroom by the furniture. The bathroom is off the bedroom. The lanai is off the living room through sliding doors. It is air conditioned and heated. The linens are high quality. #2207 is a second floor Gulf view. It has a New Serta Queen bed and a sleeping couch. Kitchen has a dishwasher, ceramic top range, wall mounted microwave and granite counter tops. Two closets. Bath room has walk in shower. There is plenty of drawer space. The kitchens are equipped with coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, flat ware, can openers pots, and pans.
Located on the Gulf Coast between Ft. Myers Beach, Fl and Naples, Fl Enjoy the tropical sunsets. Walk across the street and toast the sunset at Doc's Beach House. Hear the surf or close the quality sliders and all the outside sounds are silenced. Walk on miles of white sand beaches (great for shelling), play Tennis[ten Har Tru courts], Boccie, shuffleboard, horse shoes or use one of the two heated pools. Beach chairs, beach blanket, beach umbrella, and swim noodles, and sand toys are provided in this unit. Shop along bustling US 41 or in nearby Naples or Ft. Myers. Eat at one of the many great restaurants minutes away. Or prepare a meal in your own completely equipped kitchen. The kitchen window looks into the beautiful outdoor atrium. There are 3 laundry mats in the complex. Condo has a newly remodeled bath room with walk in shower, tile floors with area rugs, two ceiling fans,cable T.V.,40' LED Flat Screen Smart TV DVD, CD player, and radio. We live on site October through May and can help with informtion and stay on top of any problems.

About the owner: I am a retired Sales Engineer. We own six condos in the complex. We live in one and rent the other five. Spend summers in Brown County Indiana. Born in Detroit Michigan and lived in Michigan 27 years with strong ties to Traverse City Area and Marshfield, WI. Lived 30 years in Carmel, IN and 2 years in Naperville, IL.
We rent 5 condos in this complex. Four are in this building) building. I also rent 4905, VRBO 654093 in Buildding #4. I often take renters on boat rides.
