This is my 2nd stay in Seacrest and my first stay in this particular condo. The condo was gracious in size and perfect for two families of four. I love the location in proximity to the pool. The beach is a little bit of a hike, however the trams are running frequently to pick up and drop off. The property was clean and furnished as shown on the site. I love the area...you are very close to the shops of Rosemary Beach and a 15 minute drive to Seaside shops and restaurants. The owner was extremely helpful and prompt in returning emails. I would recommend this property to a friend.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thank you, Krista. Hope you had a good trip home and look forward to hearing from you again. Your review is very appreciated. Mems Zeigler

My extended family of 7 including grandparents, parents and three young children spent one week in this well appointed condo. The unit was very large and nicely furnished with very comfy beds. The kitchen was well equipped which was especially nice as we ate most of our meals at the condo. Seacrest Beach itself was a lovely family orientated property where the fabulous pool was a definite winner. The beautiful beach is indeed accessible, but does require a hefty walk. The tram which runs to and from the beach is only available 9-5 and biking to the beach was prohibited. This made evening trips to the beach difficult with a toddler and a disabled grandmother. Overall, my family had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this condo and Seacrest Beach to future vacationers.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

It's spacious and comfortable and updated constantly. Since it overlooks the pools, it's relaxing to sit on the balcony and convenient for daytime and nighttime dips. It's also walking distance to all the restaurants and shops of Rosemary Beach and Seaside and Alys Beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Two car garage and extra full bathroom next to garage comes in handy when returning from the pool and beach.
