Restaurants and stores in downtown Avon are a five to ten minute walk from this large 1700 square foot condo on the beautiful Eagle River about half a mile away from the Beaver Creek entrance gate. The complimentary bus to downtown Avon, the new Beaver Creek chairlift on Route 6, and bus connections to Vail and Beaver Creek stops in front of the condo. Starbucks and a bakery are half a block away. An indoor exercise facility, soccer and volleyball fields, a beautiful lake that provides skating in winter, and a water park for swimming in the summer are five to ten minutes away by car.
The condo was refurnished in 2004 and has a PC computer with fax, scanner, and printer, DSL Internet service and a wireless router.
The living room with gas fireplace faces south and opens onto a deck with a gas grill that overlooks the Eagle River. The 52 inch wide screen HDTV with DVD and VCR is next to the dining area. The galley kitchen is fully equipped. On the same level is the den with a queen sleeper sofa and a three-quarter bath.
On the lower level, the master bedroom provides a queen bed and en-suite bath with oversize tub and TV. The bedroom opens onto a little patio with a view of the river. The second bedroom, also on the lower level, has four bunks, TV, and its own full bath.
