With a private hot tub, furnished deck, and all the comforts of home, this cozy modern cabin makes a fantastic family getaway in Sunriver! Spend your days on the golf course or swimming at SHARC (eight passes are included) before returning for a barbecue on the deck or quiet night around the fireplace.

In the warmer months, you'll flock to the outdoor deck. Fully enclosed, the space has a four-person dining set topped with a shade umbrella, a gas grill, potted plants and flowers, and of course the relaxing hot tub. Younger guests will love to play in the grassy yard, and may even spot a neighboring deer wandering through.

Inside, this beautifully maintained home is nicely appointed with new furnishings and updated appliances. The living area has soft red leather sofas arranged before a cozy gas fireplace surrounded by river rock, with a flat-screen cable TV with DVD player off to the side for movie nights. Each window has a twin-sized window seat beneath it, perfect for reading, napping, or even as sleeping spots for extra guests (another favorite with our young guests!).

The kitchen has all the major appliances (including dishwasher) you would expect, along with plenty of countertop gadgets such as blender, toaster, and coffee grinder that make preparing meals a breeze. The cabinets are stocked with pots and pans, dinnerware, serving dishes, glassware, and utensils. Grab a seat at the breakfast bar to chat with the chef, or gather around the four-person dining table for a family meal (or, head out to the sunny deck for al fresco dining!).

The upper level of the home has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen, and a full bath with shower/tub combo. The home can accommodate up to six guests, though it is most comfortable for only four adults due to the unusual sleeping arrangements with the "window beds" downstairs. There is a half bath downstairs for everyone's convenience, and a washer/dryer to keep up with the laundry. The home also offers broadband Internet access, so staying connected to the office is easy.

Whether you're visiting with your family, planning a golf outing, skiing at nearby Mt. Bachelor in the winter, or simply want to relax among the pine trees and lounge in the hot tub, you'll feel right at home in this lovingly maintained modern cabin!
