Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
My family and I love the charm and history of Park City. The city has done a tremedous job throughout the years to maintain these vital characteristics. The town is surrounded by incredible skiing and many other winter sporting opportunities. The arts are alive and thriving in Park City with events such as Sundance Film Festival, the summer arts festival, jazz festival, farmers market, etc.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home is perfectly located between Park City Mountain Resort and Main Street....both can reached within 5 to 7 minutes walking in opposite directions of the house. The house is well appointed and maticulously maintained. We have a huge private outdoor spa under the Utah sky. We also own the lot next door to the house where over the years many childen have constructed igloos and enjoyed sledding.
