It offers furnished living room, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and kitchenware, W/C and private balconies on both ends at the second floor, with a (2) BDR+ Full W/C sleeping quarters and private balconies on the upper level. It’s beautiful decor with high quality furniture, TV’s within each area and FREE wireless WIFI access is selected with the vacationer in mind. Enjoy the open space concept view of kitchen and living room, with breakfast bar, dining room and panoramic view of the marina with walkout to your private balcony.
The home can easily accommodate 4-6 people comfortably with one queen bed,
two twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa.
Each bedroom is newly furnished with comfortable beds and bedding, private covered balconies add to the bedroom space.

Travellers can relax on the secluded, half mile long, white sandy beach, enjoy tennis(4 night-lit courts), kayaking, waverunners, sailing, boat rentals, heated pool and whirlpool, 250 foot fishing pier, basketball, beach volleyball, shuffleboard, horseshoes and within 10 minutes is 36 holes of championship golf.

We loved this place. Clean, modern, comfortably houses 6, private beach, tennis, basketball, small quiet town but not far from stores and major attractions. Arrived with wife and 4 of my 5 kids. Plenty for them to do. Wife and kids loved it too. Spectacular view from balconies, great amenities, as advertised. Would recommend it to all of our friends and hope to return.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

We just stayed at the Townhouse listed above and would like to say that it was a beautiful place to stay. It is decorated beautifully and is very clean. The view from the porch and the main bedroom is lovely. The kitchen is well stocked (if you like to cook on vacation) complete with pots, pans and crock pot, wine bottle corkscrew and even a panini press. I was attending a conference in Tampa and wanted a place that I could relax and unwind after the conference each day. I found a great two story condo that had amazing views with all the adenities in walking distance. A white sand beach, marina with Manatee hanging out in the sun, and a restaurant with the perfect sunsets. The place was clean, updated, and had everything you needed to stay. We stayed at this beautiful condo while visiting family nearby. What a delightful alternative to staying in a chain hotel! The condo was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Everything felt brand new and was so nicely decorated! The pictures shown don't really do this condo justice! The owner was great to work with....very prompt with returning emails/phone calls and very friendly and helpful with all of my questions. The resort itself has so much to offer!
