Charming cottage with platform to view the shrimp boats entering Fulton Harbor. Fishing from numerous piers within walking distance. Walk to one of the many restaurants (The Boiling Pot is righ next door)or lively nightlife of Fulton Beach Road. Rockport's "Blue Wave Beach" is a 4 minute drive away. Take a nap in the hammock, or watch the pelicans soar in the updraft of the Lighthouse Inn. Whatever your pleasure, Pelican's Perch will be a comfortable and affordable way to get to know the charms of the Rockport and Fulton area. Big yard to park you boat, and the public boat ramp is across the street.
Our cottage has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Bring your toothbrush, and do not forget the family pet we don't restrict you to the 20 lb variety and have a big yard for them to run in. We are a small cottage and have only one queen bed and a full-size futon, so two to three adults, or two adults and a child or two would be the maximum accommodation. Come see us, we know you will love Rockport and Fulton as much as we do! Wi-Fi is available too! New flooring, siding and paint.
