Beautifull 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house. Two buildings,featuring infiity edge pool, large deck area for dining our lounging in the sun. Also a large outdoor sectional and additional seating under cover.
The house also features a water filtration system that uses a UV light as well as sediment and CTO charcoal cartriges to give the cleanest water possible.
St. Somewhere's name came with permission directly from Jimmy Buffet !!

About: We purchased the property in 2005, and built from scratch. House was finished in 2006. St. Somewhere has been a labor of love for us from the start. We designed St. Somewhere with maximum view for its location. It is located on a crest lot with dual views of the Atlantic Ocean from the parking side, to the infinity edge pool blending into Magens Bay, on the Bay side. From the upper outdoor balconies, you can look down onto the Reef in Magens Bay. Look up the mountain side and you can see Mountain Top. Go for a banana daiquiri, some shopping and the view!....From there you can pick out St. Somewhere and the entire island chain surrounding St. Thomas. We were searching for a name for the house while building, when it came to us. 'St. Somewhere'...Because of Jimmy Buffets carefree song 'Boat Drinks',(and personally knowing his fleet captain, Spider), we asked through Spider if Jimmy would be cool with us naming the house. He got back to us a couple weeks after and said 'Because we asked, Jimmy was cool with it!!'...A few weeks after, We were asked to work on one of his boats, the 'Continental Drifter 2', as we are in the marine industry. Several weeks went by, and we received a letter from Jimmy thanking us for doing the work to his boat, and wishing us luck with St. Somewhere! The rest is history...Thanks Jimmy!!
