  My husband and I visited San Francisco in May 2013. We had great experience booking this appartment. Pat was very responsive to all our email inquires and very accomdating. His appartment is clean and beatiful and has this SF charm to it. It really feels like home. Location is good too, it's close to everything. Carble car, bus stops, and grocery store are just few steps away. There is also a beautiful vew from the roof of the building. We had good experience and would stay there again. I would recommend this place to anyone.

  Pats place was perfect for what we needed. My wife and I had the bedroom and our daughter slept on the sofa. Both were very comfortable. One of the best things about it was the location. Its was so easy to grab a taxi, hop on the bus or get on the trolly. There are some really great restaurants around also. I think the best place we ate at was the pizza joint just around the corner. Za pizza. So good... all and all a fantastic trip. When u ou go make sure to use trip advisor. It won't steer you wrong also get the citypass. Well worth it too.. Thank you Pat for the great place to stay.

  Better than advertised. Feels just like you're at home in San Francisco. Great setup to dine in or eat out at a great range of restaurants just steps away. Close access to cable car line and bus lines makes it easy to get all over the city. Fantastic neighborhood, roof top views of the Golden Gate Bridge, and lots of room to enjoy a quiet evening at home after a busy day of sightseeing.

  Pat's place is fantastic. The apartment is a classic San Francisco flat, very spacious and on the top floor of the building. It gets light from three directions and has great views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the City. The neighborhood is one of the best in SF, close to restaurants and other attractions, while being very quiet at night. The apartment was very clean and Pat was very accommodating. He's a super guy and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

  We really could not have been happier with our stay at Pat's apartment in Russian Hill. The property was spacious, clean, well furnished (with a very comfy bed) and the location was excellent! Coming from high elevation certainly helped with all the walking we did prior to becoming familiar with the Muni bus system. The hills are steep in Russian HILL, but the availability of affordable public transportation gave us easy access to all of the other parts of San Francisco that we wanted to experience. The yoga studio across the street was a real treat, as was the abundance of delicious food in the neighborhood. Pat was extremely communicative. When we return to SF to see all of the other places we didn't have time for, we will more than likely stay here again. Thank you for helping to make our first trip to the Bay Area something that we will always regard as an amazing experience!

  My wife and I recently traveled to San Francisco for the first time, and we couldn't be happier with our time and stay at Pat's place on Russian Hill. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, had great views, and was central to all sorts of restaurants and pretty much everywhere else we wanted to go around the city. We we're footsteps from catching the streetcar that runs to places like Fisherman's Wharf and Union Square, so getting around without a vehicle was no problem at all, and actually provided a fun and great way to experience life as a local. We actually found ourselves on Polk Street quite a bit (2 blocks from the apartment). A very friendly area that has some nice coffee shops, good sports bars and a Walgreen's for a cheap way to pick up essentials for our vacation. There is also a historic little ice cream shop called Swenson's right outside the apartment that was very good! My wife and I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to travel to San Francisco, and we hope to stay here again sometime in the future as well. After putting on lots of miles each day exploring the city, it was refreshing to go back to a place that felt like home.
