One hour north of Atlanta lies our cozy and picturesque two-story lakehouse. It is located mid-lake on the northside of Lake Sidney Lanier, minutes outside of Gainesville, GA. This is the premier lake in Georgia and this house has big water views to match.

Our home is professionally decorated, spacious, with three bedrooms (the master has a sitting room with window seat), two and a half baths(jacuzzi tub in Master), a game room with Ping Pong Table and Darts, large deck (think sunsets), and a gentle walk down to the single-slip dock with party deck. A pontoon boat is available upon request. At the water's edge is a cove with a small private beach which is great for children and grandparents.

The surrounding area is quiet and residential with many families living there year round. This is family atmosphere at its best, for kicking back and unwinding.

Nearby is Gainesville, Georgia (where the Olympic rowing venues were held) and also shopping at the North Georgia Outlet Mall in Dawsonville is 10 Minutes away. If you feel the need for speed, Road Atlanta Raceway is nearby, or you can party in Buckhead in about one hour. You will not be disappointed in our lovely lake home!
