This newly upgraded 2-bedroom condo is a great place for a small family or group to spend their San Diego vacation. The kitchens and bathrooms have been recently remodeled with new cabinets, granite countertops, and recessed lighting. There is a large refrigerator in the kitchen, as well as a full-sized oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
The living room, which opens up to the patio has a large flat-screen high resolution digital TV with a DVD player and DVD library. There is also a stereo system hooked up for great movie sound quality. The chairs are fold-out twin beds, and the coffee table extends up to create a dining-height table for the sofa. There are also lots of games and movies for kids!
The master bedroom has a california king bed, flat-screen high resolution TV with cable, and a private bathroom with tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a double bed, TV with cable, and access to guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has a shower only, no bathtub. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open up to the patio and offer great views.
The best part of this unit: the back patio! This spacious patio overlooks Mission Boulevard, Belmont Park, the beach, and the bay! There are 4 comfy chairs surrounding a propane firepit, and two propane patio heaters for extra warmth. There is also a large gas BBQ with a rotisserie.
There are endless activities, stores, and restaurants in easy walking distance. The bayside beach offers public fire pits in the sand. The renowned Bahia Hotel and Bahia Belle are just around the corner with a paddle boat/party boat that is open to the public and features live music, an open upper deck, full bar and continuous hourly trips around the bay, with stops at the Catamaran, where you can get off the boat and then back on later with no extra charge.
