This 1050 sqr ft 3 bed 2 bath condo is situated conveniently opposite Kamaole Beach Park III in South Maui. Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation: No refund if cancelled within 30 days of arrival otherwise full refund minus any Credit Card fees. Check in 3 pm Check out 11 am. 1/2 day rate for late check out after 11 am. The property has hot tub, pool and gas bbqs. Conveniently located just across the street from one of South Mauis favorite beaches parks Kamaole Beach III. Close to shopping, activities and restaurants. Two queen, two single beds and queen sofa sleeper (Extra foam mattress available on request). Unit has local Maui phone, wired and wireless internet, TV in every bedroom, plenty of closet space, washer, dryer, dish washer, full kitchen and lanai/balcony. One reserved parking space and another available on request from Condo Complex Manager. The unit is 3rd floor walkup no wheelchair access.

We traveled for a long weekend and family wedding during peak season and found this gem! The photos look exactly like the property does (the property itself is actually better, photos tend to make things look so small!) The condo was very clean and stocked with towels, linens, sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. We didn't cook, but there were all the necessary kitchen gadgets if you wanted to. The complex just updated the bbq area and was in the middle of painting the buildings while we were there. Everything is very well maintained. If you are renting a car, the parking space is compact/short due to a plant/walkway in front of it. We rented a Dodge Charger and the back end of it stuck out more than the other cars, but not enough to worry about. The owner was quick to give us check-in instructions, and recommended a place to rent baby gear (crib, etc.) although we did not end up needing any. There is lots of information near the phone in the condo and books and periodicals to help you plan what to do during your stay. What nearby things did we do? We went scuba diving (with B & B Scuba, they were awesome!) and the Kihei Boat ramp is less than a mile away. Coconut's is a restaurant a couple miles north that have the best fish tacos I've ever eaten. All of the sushi restaurants required a reservation prior to the day you want to eat. The Iao Needle was a nice 3 hour (or so, including drive time) excursion that even our 2 year old was able to do. There are lots of beaches (obviously) and there is a large kids playground at Kalama Park a couple miles north of the property. Overall, Four days was not long enough. This property made me feel like I could move in forever. I have already recommended this property to a couple of my friends that are traveling to Maui soon.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The property was just about 2 blocks walk to the beach. The area was very quiet. The condo was very clean. The owners had left fresh fruit for us which was very nice. There were also beach mats, towels, and boogey boards we could use. Was nice to have 2 bathrooms for the 6 adults and 1 toddler. Would have been nice to have more air conditioning but the fans did an adequate job. Did not care for the plastic mattress cover on the master bed, made it hot. We also ran out of toilet paper and bath soap but wasn't a big deal. Could have used another large pot when cooking spaghetti and sauce. It was on the 3rd floor so had to up 3 flights of stairs so we got our exercise. The pool was nice and we enjoyed the hot tub too. Overall it was great!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
