When you stay in this Summerhill Condo you will receive a membership card that allows you access to all the community club amenities with discounted rates. This includes three outdoor swimming pools, tennis center, Indian Hills Country Club, Indian Hills Golf Course, Fairfield Bay Marina, amenities at Woodland Mead Park such as miniature golf, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, and horse shoes. If you plan to be active on this vacation, please inquire about our 'Someday Pass'! This all-inclusive option offers a savings of $185 for those who want to 'stay and play in the Bay'.
You will feel right at home in this unit that has been renovated with modern, comfortable design, color, and furniture. Located in the unit is 2 queen beds, 32' plasma TV, kitchenette with small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker, ceiling fan, linens, and patio furniture for lovely back deck. Convenient parking right outside your front door is available for this condo.

Rates are $99.00 first night and $89.00 for all additional nights with a 2 night minimum stay. A 15.5% tax will be added to all reservation fees.

We stayed in the Summerhill Condo during Bloomin' in the Bay and were pleasantly surprised how clean and well-decorated the condo was! Everything we needed was provided - including a kitchen with a refrigerator, coffeemaker and microwave! The outdoor patio was especially nice with a great view! We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Pleasant surprise! Not expecting a new room ! Centrally located with easy access to Marina & Restaurants.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.
