Ideal destination and comfortable setting with great outdoor area for families and couples looking for a relaxing gateway on the white sandy beaches of the gulf of Mexico. The weather is ideal. The beach is large and clean, only 5 min walk from the house. And there is activities for all ages … from nature tours on kayaks to ‘treasure hunting’ on the pirate ship? Wonderful restaurants, shops, marina and the Clearwater marine aquarium (home to Winter the Dolphin) are all nearby. Fun ride is the Jolley Trolley which has pick-ups and drop-offs every 30 minutes along the beach. This new and spacious house has an open floor plan and is furnished to comfortably accommodate stay for 2 families with children. Great screened–in outdoor space features covered patio with 2 lounge chairs and table and chairs, pool toys, beach towels. Have allergies! Our salt water swimming pool with jacuzzi is very gentle on your sensitive skin. Inside, the fully stocked kitchen features brand new kitchen equipment and opens up to the breakfast nook and family room, wireless internet. Master bedroom has a king size bed, huge private bathroom with shower and bathtub, walk in closet and flat screen TV. Second bedroom features king size bed with luxury linens, down comforters and huge walk in closet. Third bedroom contains 2 full size beds with luxury linens and down comforters. The living room offers additional area to relax and can also sleep 2 people. Huge dining room boast enormous table that can sit comfortably 8-10 people.
Tampa International Airport and fabulous shopping at International Plaza is about 20 minutes from here. St. Pete/Clearwater airport also about 20 minutes. Busch gardens - about 40 minutes. Disney world - 90 minutes. Both the Phillies and Toronto Blue Jays spring training games are just a short (10 -15 min.) drive from here. This is the house and location of your dreams!
Your rental will also include full access to 2 car garage that includes everything you will need to make your trip to the beach much easier: beach cooler with wheels, beach umbrella, portable chairs, beach towels and toys for kids.

We stayed at this home for a week in Feb 2013 with 2 couples and our 10 year old child. The home is exactly as pictured, beautifully and tastefully decorated and with an amazing layout that works so well. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything you need to cook anything, and we did eat most of our meals at the house. The owner has thought of everything including a portable cooler beach chairs and sand toys for a beach days. The location is very central to Busch Gardens, Johns Pass and Clearwater Beach and pier 60 all of which we did. There are lots of restaurants and a great Publix grocery store only a five minute drive away. Bellair Beach is at the end of the street and it is a lovely beach that is very quiet so perfect for kids. I would highly recommend this home and would have no hesitation to return here, it was a fabulous vacation! Pictures do not do this property justice. The house is spacious and in a very quiet residential area. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. It was also close to the grocery store. I would definitely recommend this house as a quiet get away, I know my family would love to stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway, age 55+.

Loved the location and house was incredible. It was just as advertised. Very modern with many recent updates, brand new furniture’s and comfortable beds. It was great to have such amenities as cleaning products, beach towels, and plenty of bath towels. The home owner was always prompt to answer any questions concerning the property. Everything was clean and bright without the usual rental issues. We had a fabulous holiday at this beautiful house.Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed at this beautiful house recently for a week. The location is outstanding. It is literally 5 min walk to quiet Belleair beach and steps to intercostals waters with beautiful views. The owner was delightful to deal with and answered all of our questions almost instantly. The house has a plentiful supply of towels and the décor is all of a very high standards. Beds and linens are new and very comfortable. We looked at many houses before choosing one and we definitely made the right choice. There can be no better house in Belleair Beach. We vacation twice a year in this area and your home was by far the nicest. WE WILL MOST CERTAINLY BE BACK.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.
