Coastal Charm in this cozy and just remodeled three bedroom split bedroom plan home that sits at the end of a private culdesac street on a large lot. Even the canal has wide views, nice to see the sunsets as well as manatees and dolphins, which can be seen in the canal throughout the day. Loads of birdlife as well, pelicans, blue heron and much more.
The Master Bedroom features a luxurious King-sized bed with a Simmons Beautyrest 'Black' mattress (you won't want to get out of bed!), HDTV, patio access, and master bath with walk-in shower.
The split plan has two bedrooms on the opposite side of the house, one features a queen-size bed, the other bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have closet space as well as a dresser.
The main living room has HDTV and DVD player and high-end leather furniture with adjoining formal dining area that seats 6. Also a great place for puzzles and games with its own patio door leading to 500 square foot covered tile screened porch overlooking the canal.
The kitchen is completely stocked and includes stainless steel appliances and granite counters, and even has a convenient pass-through window for entertaining on the screened patio.
The family room features a large window overlooking the canal, another HDTV with DVD Player and small dinette area.
The screened patio has additional seating and a propane barbecue, and there is a deck with another patio set and loungers.
You can bring your own boat or rent one nearby as this home has a dock to tie your boat up to! There is room to park your boat trailer on the driveway, and you can also launch your boat at Kelly Park, which is only minutes away.

Home has been just remodeled , very nice. I appreciated the two living areas. Watching the dolphins. And manatees playing in the canal while sitting on the deck was great, neat experience.. plan to go back next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, adventure seekers.

The house is beautiful, neat and clean. We enjoyed the newly remodeled home that has been tastefully decorated with many custom touches throughout. We felt very comfortable and relaxed after our days of sightseeing. We enjoyed the convenience of the location and being close to so many activities. The view of the canal was a real treat to wake up to! Getting to see the fish jump, ducks, manatees, and mother and baby dolophins right in the canal was breathtaking!!!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Great home and excellent location, it has all been remodeled in good taste. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching the Manatees come up the canal and seeing the beautiful sunsets and full moon. Look forward to coming again,Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
