This Luxury Ground Level Wedge Unit Condo unit is located at the 8 mile marker of the Big Niangua arm of the Lake of the Ozarks. We are just 4 miles outside of Camdenton on Lake Road 54-82 with all asphalt roads right to the door of the unit. The water is calm and ideal for enjoying boating, skiing, jet skis, fishing, or just enjoying a beautiful view of the lake from 3 sets of sliding glass doors from inside the condo or out on the huge, wrap around, screened in, patio.
There are 3 bedrooms in the condo. All with King size beds, flat screen TVs and ceiling fans.
The first master suite has a large bathroom with a garden tub, a big separate shower, double sinks and a walk-in closet. Open the blinds to a wall of glass and beautiful view of the lake or open the slider and venture out on to the huge screened in patio.
The second master suite has its own private bath with a tub & shower combo and is away from the main living area and lake side of the condo for a more private and quiet room.

One of the largest Outlet Malls in Missouri, lots of family activities, water parks, entertainment, lazer tag, putt putt golf, go-karts, bungee jumping, all kinds of eating establishments and much more are just 20 minutes away in Osage Beach. Rainy day at the lake or just want a day off the water ? Its only about 1 1/2 hours to the north where Boonville has a Casino, lots of antique shopping and wineries in the area. Go south a little over an hour to Springfield a big enough city to offer about anything you want to do. Just another 30 minutes south to Branson with more live shows, celebrities, & entertainment than you could see in a month not to mention the Famous Silver Dollar City amusement park. If you like caves there are also several cave tours in the area. Whether at the condo, on the lake, or just travel a short distance and you will have plenty to do no matter how long you stay.

About the owner: Hi, we are Mark & Linda Mellor from Boonville, MO. We live on a small farm just south of Boonville that we thoroughly enjoy with our grandkids. We fish, swim, ride motorcycles, go-carts, ATVs, we like to boat or just about anything that involves the outdoors, family, and friends. We own and operate 3 small businesses in Boonville. A tool & equipment rental business, a trailer sales & service company, and a mini-storage facility all operated out of the same location in Boonville keeps us very busy. Why the Owner Chose Camdenton: Linda and I purchased this condo in 2012. It is one of five that we own at Clearwater. Over the years we have stayed at many different condos and resorts at Lake of the Ozarks. We always kept coming back to this area of the lake and especially the Clearwater Condo Complex. The people here, the location on the lake, the quality big spacious units, and all the close amenities just kept us coming back. We invite family and friends as well as you as our guests to stay in our condos with us so we try to furnish and decorate to give the best comforts of home. The Unique Benefits at this Condo: We are just 2 miles off of hwy 54 with good hard surface roads to the unit. Go for walks, ride bikes, enjoy a very quiet peaceful environment. It is hilly so be ready for some exercise. The pools, boat docks, fishing or just walking are all on the lower level with no stairs. The only stairs in the complex are just up and down to the unit its self and this is very rare in the lake area. This ground level condo is close to a ground level parking and unloading area that does allow for access with no stairs
