Our 2nd floor condo is newly painted and updated throughout and has a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean, tropically landscaped courtyard, gazebo, and swimming pools. There is a brand new King Size bed, and two new twins in the guest bedroom. Brand new furniture in the living room (sleeper sofa). Newly painted. This is a completely furnished turnkey unit, all you need to bring is a tooth brush! This unit is even equipped with KEURIG coffee maker! Both bedrooms have dressers and large closets. Large cable TVs are located in the living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom with upgraded cable including movie channels. Our child-friendly unit includes a DVD player, games and puzzles just in case you have a rainy day. We also provide a telephone in the unit that you can make calls anywhere in the US for free. If you must work, you can check your email or search the web on the free Wi-Fi that we personally provide in the unit for secure access. The full sized kitchen overlooks the dining and living room and is equipped for long or short-term renters. It features a full-sized refrigerator, range, microwave, disposal, small appliances and a dishwasher. All utensils and cookware are provided. Updated decor in every room add to the casual elegance of this unit. The centrally located washer, dryer and elevator are steps away. Our large porch overlooks the ocean and the tropically landscaped courtyard. Enjoy the tranquility of the beach, restaurants and deli are conveniently located across the street. It's a little piece of heaven! All the conviences you need to settle back with good books and friends. Grounds are emmaculate, restaurants and good eats are all close by. Can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

About the owner: Chuck and I love this place! For my birthday this year he and I decided it was time to buy! I grew up in Titusville and recently moved to California. We wanted a place near home. We honey mooned at NSB and decided we wanted something permanent.

Our family has vacationed every summer at Castle Reef for more than 20 years! This is home away from home. There are so many memories here with our own boys spending summers here and now the grand babies get too! This place is dear to our hearts. I love castle reef. You will want to come and stay every year!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The location is awesome. I have heard people call it a mini Key West. With the shops and places to eat. It is also quiet and relaxing. Our place is on a NO Drive part of the beach so it is safe for running and playing with the kids. The Sunrises are absolutely beautiful. The units are quiet. We partially redid our unit. There is New Furniture, and lots of special offerings that the other units don't offer.
