Our exclusive, private neighborhood consists of lushly landscaped, luxury custom homes on a short, winding lane that ends in a cul-de-sac with the ocean bluffs just beyond and is surrounded by the Prince Golf Course on both sides. The many amenities within Princeville Resort are close at hand. Walk to the new, elegant Westin Resort for dinner but luxuriate in the privacy of our single-family home in the exclusive, gated community of Aloalii Drive.
Our lovely, airy and bright home has high ceilings and an open floorplan with a large, elegant greatroom and unobstructed views from most rooms of the golf course, the Anini reef, ocean and mountains. In summer months, ocean sunrises can be viewed from the living room, kitchen and lanai. In winter, powerful surf and whitewater also provides a mesmerizing view. The home is just a short walk down the fairway to the tropical Anini Beach trailhead, which leads to the white sand of pristine Anini Beach. We are also a short walk to shops and restaurants in Princeville Resort and only a five minute drive to breathtaking Hanalei Bay and its historic plantation town.
This beautiful single-story home has been fully appointed and beautifully accessorized. The ocean trade winds and multiple ceiling fans keep the home cool and pleasant. Maple hardwood floors, a granite and stainless kitchen, beautiful island-style furnishings and original art complete this inviting and comfortable home. There are two master suites located on each side of a wide corridor, each with king beds. There is also a third bedroom/den with a comfortable twin trundle bed. Handsome armoires in the living room and den disguise the sony TVs and DVD players along with an assortment of DVDs.
This is a monthly rental, with minimum 30 days.
