We stayed in this comfortable, spacious, well furnished apartment for two weeks in January 2011. It was home from home for us .It was all it was depicted to be and more.It was our third visit to San Francisco and our favourite place. The neighbourhood was sunny and friendly with fine coffee shops restaurants, supermarket, stores etc .Meleah and Ray were very helpful with advice on the neighbourhood facilities and also on San Francisco. The area is very well served by public transport and a car is not necessary.Twin Peaks ,the Mission ,the Castro are all within walking distance for those that enjoy the odd hill!! We cooked dinner most evenings as the kitchen was well stocked and the dining area was very comfortable. We will stay again.
Owner response:Dear Tony & Mary, Thank you so much for your kind remarks about the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed having you stay here and hope you will be back again soon! Best regards, Meleah & Ray

My husband, 22 month old daughter, and I really enjoyed our time at this beautiful flat. The flat was spacious and well stocked. The location was wonderful. We were within walking distance to everything. There is also a park just across the street that was perfect for our daughter. We absolutely loved our visit and plan to stay at this flat again in the future.

What a great place to stay! Lots of spacious room, any help you need from Meleah and Ray, compete privacy and a quiet neighborhood that makes you feel like you are coming home each night. Sunday our two adult children came over for the afternoon and we lazed around and watched football just like we were home. This has become our San Francisco home when we vist. Craig Halverson

We have just spent a lovely week at this apartment and I can't say enough nice things about it. It's spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is probably the best furnished kitchen we have ever encountered in a rental...and we did a lot of cooking. The neighborhood felt very safe. You definitely don't need a car to stay here, there are plenty of shops within an entertaining short walk. It was easy to get to the J Church muni to connect with just about anywhere in the city...we didn't try the buses, as the weather was cooperative and we didn't mind walking to the muni...interesting, fun neighborhood to walk thru. The WiFi worked very well in the living room, which was a nice plus for us. We enjoyed walking up to Twin Peaks, about an hour and a half round trip with plenty of time spent taking pictures along the way. I hope to stay here again when we come back to visit San Francisco.

My wife and I stayed here in March. The pictures don't do this place justice. Very specious and clean. Just at the tip of Such a wonderful neighborhood, there is a plenitude of restaurants and cafes. The buss stop right across the street makes it easy to connect to the rest of the city.

I recently stayed at this lovely and gracious apartment with my husband and one-year-old. It is well situated in a cute, walkable neighborhood with every amenity. We were especially grateful for the awesome playground across the street. The apartment is spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The host is very helpful and unobtrusive. I will definitely stay here next time we come to San Francisco.

They can't guarantee the same great weather we had, but Meleah and Ray can promise an airy, bright and comfortable home in San Francisco. The location is in a family neighborhood, lots of restaurants and shops and close to public transportation. A garden backyard offers fresh lemons from the tree. There is plenty of space and privacy for three or four in a bedroom and second room with fold-out sofa. A large comfy living room and bright well-equipped kitchen make it easy to spend time there. Always friendly and available for suggestions of restaurants and directions, the owners are great hosts.

On a recent trip to San Francisco, I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderfully situated S.F. flat. As a single women traveling alone, it was important for me to be in a very safe neighborhood. Nearby parking was amble and public transportation was just steps away. This prime location in Noe Valley provides access to renowned 24th St. restaurants and shops. The flat is truly representative of S.F. housing and captures the City’s lifestyle in a way that makes you really want to live and stay in San Francisco.

Beautiful flat, quintessential S.F. Spacious and charming - in good condition, nice linens. Would stay here again and recommend to others. Walking distance to 24th St. cafes/shops, or try Firefly (excellent restaurant) around the corner. Meleah is a wonderful host.

We recently enjoyed a stay in San Francisco at this lovely apartment. It was an ideal spot for exploring the city and its surrounding areas. There are several public transit lines all within easy walking distance, and we also rented a car for a few days and had no trouble parking on the street. Noe Valley is truly a hidden gem of a neighborhood with its many cafes, shops and restaurants. The apartment is nicely appointed and has everything you would need to feel at home. We will definitely stay here on our next visit!

This comfortable, roomy, well-equipped apartment near the center of Noe Valley gave us an ideal base for enjoying our two weeks in San Francisco. The beautiful spacious garden in the rear is an additional bonus.

My wife and I decided to stay at this great Noe Valley flat instead of a hotel and we were delighted with the experience. It's fully equipped, tastefully set up, quiet, and in a great location. In addition, street parking was easy, even late at night. We plan to stay there again soon and we highly recommend it.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this very clean, spacious, well equipped example of a unique San Francisco apartment. We enjoyed our showers in the claw-foot bathtub and slept well in the cozy bed. Because the area is so quiet, I was even able to open the windows at night. The neighborhood is good for walking to restaurants and shops, and the Bliss Bar a nice stop for a drink. Meleah and Ray are wonderful hosts. We are looking forward to another visit. I stayed in this very nice apartment for 9 nights in late October 2004 on a business trip. It's vast and very nicely redone. When you're away from home, it's great to have a big, home-like place to stay. Plus, SF isn't cheap and I was glad I could cook at home, if only breakfast, and save money on restaurant bills. I found the location very convenient, with lots of public transportation options, and the Noe Valley neighborhood is really very nice. I'll look no further for my next visit to San Francisco.
